I've grown up with three younger brothers and volunteered as a tutor for struggling students in our high school band. I love working with others and helping younger kids grasp the subjects that are a little harder to understand. I feel that a lot of kids are unfairly represented by multiple choice tests and that learning plans should be specifically adapted to each student.
